Our apartment is located at Pariser Strasse, in the centre of Western Berlin near Ku'damm, Ludwigkirchplatz and Fasanenplatz in the district of Wilmersdorf. The house was built in 1906 but has recently been completely renovated. The apartment is on the third floor. It is 60 m2 large and it consists of two connected bright rooms, a small corridor, a new fully equipped fitted kitchen and a bathroom with tub and shower. The bedroom is provided with a king size bed (1,40 x 2 m) and a spacious walk-in closet offering plenty of storage space. It is provided with cable TV, a stereo with CD-player as well as a comfortable suite to relax in plus a desk for paperwork. All rooms have central heating.
The apartment is located within walking distance (200 m) from the next underground station Spichernstrasse (line U9 and U3; visit
bvg.de for more details), which is just two stations from the InterCity Railway Station Berlin Zoologischer Garten.
Just around the corner you will find several grocery stores, an organic bakery, a health food store and a delicatessen.
